1. The Buyer is responsible for providing safe and suitable storage AND FOR ENSURING THAT IT WILL TAKE THE FULL QUANTITY ORDERED. The Buyer will also indemnify the Seller against claims, damages, expenses or costs which may arise as a result of the Buyer not observing these conditions.
2. The Seller's measurements of quantity will be accepted by the Buyer. The Seller cannot accept responsibility for discrepancies in the Buyer's tanks, dip rods or other measuring device.
3. Products supplied are chargeable at the price ruling on the day of delivery irrespective of when the order was placed.
4. Kerosene and Gas oil are not to be used as road fuel as per Hydrocarbon Oil (Marking) Regulation 2002.
5. THE GOODS CHARGED ON THE INVOICE REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
6. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of order as this is where the oil will be delivered. The Seller cannot be held liable for deliveries made to an incorrect address supplied by the Buyer. Once an order has been processed, changes to the delivery address cannot be guaranteed, but if a mistaken address has been entered by the Buyer please contact us as quickly as possible.
You can cancel any order at any time prior to the Goods leaving our premises by email to orders@irwinfuels.co.uk.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept any order placed on this website for any reason, including without limitation, if they deem it to be inaccessible or unsafe to deliver to a particular site with their vehicles, or for example in the unlikely event of pricing errors on website. In such events, the refund will be processed back onto the original card used to place the order.
Refunds from this website are processed through our payments processor, Elavon, and depending on your bank can take a few days to complete.
