Standing Order

Our payment plan is a useful way of avoiding a large fuel bill by planning and saving ahead for it.

It is a pre-payment scheme which simply works by setting up a standing order between your bank and ours, whereby a set monthly payment is made into your Irwin Fuels oil account towards a future purchase of oil.

When it comes time to order oil, you can make extra payments by debit/credit card to make up the difference if your account has insufficient funds. You can adjust your monthly payment amount via your own online banking as required.

Statements are sent quarterly in February, May, August & November. Please download, print & complete the form below if you wish to sign up to the payment plan and return it to us at:

Direct Debit for full invoice payment

For commercial and account customers, we can also collect invoices in full via Direct Debit an agreed number of days after delivery, which you can set up online now by visiting our Direct Debit Setup Page at GoCardless.

Please note the Direct Debit system is only for collecting invoices in full, and if you wish to make small, regular monthly contributions you should sign up to the Standing Order Budget Payment Plan instead.

Other Payment Options

In addition to the above, we also accept all major Debit & Credit cards which we can accept securely over the telephone via Global Payments. We also can take Oil Stamps from various local councils - please call our office for details.
